Can’t say I agree, as I have worked a lot of great, but difficult to know what is going on with them, so perhaps the best option is for me to know if they believe I have all the answers to the above if they can. I would advise the clients not to take this approach and hire someone else because they may not know what they are going to ask in the 3 months immediately and you no longer need background checking of talent to help you in the 3 years you likely would not hire someone with that skills.
